Meet the Team: Olivia Turea

Olivia Turea – Social Media Marketing Specialist/Junior ParalegalBest Immigration Lawyer

Olivia Turea is the Social Media Marketing Specialist at the Law Office of Alena Shautsova, bringing creativity, strategic vision, and a multilingual reach to our firm’s online presence. With a background rooted in modern digital marketing best practices, she develops and executes social media strategies tailored to engage and grow our community of immigrants, legal clients, and prospective clients across multiple platforms.

Olivia is fluent in Russian, English, French, and Romanian, which enables her to communicate effectively with a diverse, international audience — a great asset for our multilingual client base. Her fluency helps us craft culturally sensitive and linguistically accurate posts that resonate with immigrants from Eastern Europe and beyond.

In her role, Olivia handles content creation, social media scheduling, community engagement, and optimization of posts to increase visibility and conversion. She leverages her knowledge of current social media trends, audience behavior, and engagement metrics to build a strong online brand for our firm.

Her ability to combine marketing know-how with empathy and cultural understanding allows her to craft social media content that not only informs but also builds trust — essential for a law firm serving immigrants who may feel vulnerable or unsure about their legal options.

With Olivia on board, we ensure that our social media presence reflects our firm’s professionalism, compassion, and commitment to helping clients — both in English and in languages many of our clients are most comfortable with.

Oliva also assists Russian speaking clients with their case communications, and handles preparation of intakes, documents and forms.
