Kholoud Samy Gaber is a dedicated and highly skilled Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Alena Shautsova. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Cairo University, Faculty of Law – English Section, graduating with Very Good with Honors, a distinction that reflects her strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence.

Kholoud joined our team in February 2025, bringing with her a deep passion for U.S. immigration law and a keen understanding of international legal frameworks. At our firm, she focuses on asylum matters, family-based immigration cases, and assistance with deportation defense. Her work is grounded in meticulous research, compassionate client communication, and an unwavering dedication to supporting individuals and families navigating complex immigration challenges.
