President To Take Administrative Action to Start the Immigration Reform

On June 30, 2014 President Obama stated that now it is his time to act on Immigration Reform. Why has he not done so? It is because to "reform" immigration laws, the Congress has to adopt amendments to the existing laws or adopt new laws.
In a recent Press Release, I had stated that:
With the vast influx of children who are now attempting to cross the border, the government is trying to invent a solution that would be acceptable for those who would want to see those children safe in the US, and those who do not want to allow more 'illegals' in.
Contrary to what the news media and government are stating, a majority of these children already have a solution, if, as "unaccompanied minors and children under 21, who can secure a guardian in the US and who can demonstrate that they were neglected or abandoned by one of the parents in their home country." The children will be able to gain permanent residence status, A/K/A, a Green Card. Granted the child is appointed a guardian from the State Family Court, they will be eligible to file for Special Juvenile Immigration Status.
Panic stricken, the government is now targeting these children and the President has asked for "fast track" screening and deportation proceedings. Some of these children may be fleeing from being targeted by a gang and these fast track screenings may prove fatal for the few children seeking refuge in the US. If you are related to one of these children and would like to stop their deportation for the above stated reasons, please call immediately. These children are being sent back to their home countries after making the dangerous journey through Mexico and Central America, without proper screening for what is known as a "credible fear."
